Fik fameica Publicly Apologizes To Longtime friend Wembley Mo at Mother's vigil

In a moving display of humility and reconciliation, Ugandan rapper Fik Fameica used the solemn occasion of his mother’s vigil to mend a long-standing rift with renowned dancer and choreographer Wembley Mo.

The vigil for the late Ms. Jackline Nassimbwa, held in Kasana, Luweero District, became a backdrop for healing as Fameica addressed the crowd with raw honesty. Amidst his grief, the rapper took a moment to publicly acknowledge a bond that had been strained by years of silence.

Fameica expressed deep gratitude to Wembley Mo for showing up to support him during his darkest hour.

Despite a prolonged period of "radio silence" between the two, Wembley’s presence at the vigil spoke volumes.
"True brotherhood is proven in times of adversity," Fameica noted, highlighting that genuine bonds can survive both conflict and the test of time.

For the first time, Fik Fameica shed light on the origin of their fallout. He revealed that the misunderstanding began years ago due to scheduling conflicts when both artists booked major shows on the same day. That professional friction eventually led to a total breakdown in communication.
Admitting that the weight of the unresolved conflict had been heavy on his heart, Fameica took the courageous step of asking for forgiveness:
The Admission: He acknowledged that the disagreement was a regretful chapter in their history.
The Apology: He openly sought a fresh start, valuing their history over past grievances.
The Lesson: He reminded those in attendance that life is too short to harbor grudges, especially when faced with the reality of loss.

While the occasion was one of mourning, the reconciliation b between these two industry giants served as a powerful tribute to his mother’s memory.

By choosing peace over pride, Fik Fameica turned a moment of personal tragedy into a testament to the power of forgiveness.
