Ugandan Sensation Joshua Baraka Mourns the Loss Of His Father

According to the notice, a church service will be held today, 8th June, at Kamwokya Church of God starting at 3:00 PM, while the burial is scheduled for Tuesday in Kayunga, Bugelele Kitimbwa at 2:00 PM.

He will be dearly missed by family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by him. We give thanks for the life, love, and memories shared. He was a man after God’s heart.

Joshua Baraka has always spoken highly of his father. In one resurfaced video clip, the singer affectionately described him as “the GOAT, the baddest, the nicest, and the greatest father ever.”

He credited him for playing a major role in shaping the person he is today.

In the same clip, Joshua interviewed his father and asked how he felt about his musical journey and the success he had achieved over the years.

Mr. Lawrence expressed immense pride in his son’s accomplishments, saying he was happy to see him making a positive impact on the world through his music.
